What a week...

Where do I start.... OK I guess I will start with an update on the house. We are all ready to move just waiting on the man that bought are house to tell us where and when to sign the papers. All the work that needs to be done for are NEW house is done we r just waiting for the man that bought are house.....
This weekend I am going to have an open house at the Jagoe office. It will be from 11-12pm and I hope that I sell some of my stock. It will be at a discounted price....about 40% off witch is a VERY good deal if I do say so myself!
OK Now on to more news Seth is being testing this week. He is having a Complete comprehensive evaluation done. I know that there is something wrong with him but I just don't know what it is. He is so very smart but he has a hard time getting stuff from his brain to paper...I will know how the testing came out on Friday.... And let me tell u who ever is reading this I CAN NOT WAIT!!!! I am at the library as we speak doing research on Autism and ADD/ADHD what it is and what treatments are out there. I am also researching changing my children's diets. There is some info out that says that might help in the aide of recovery (for the lack of a better word)
MOM just called me and said that I was getting some more stock from Grandma Marge (I don't know if I told you or not but she passed away a few weeks ago to cancer....) There was no funeral no nothing!~ Odd I know and it still doesn't feel real....I don't know if it ever will...I don't know what to do with the stock though I don't know how to see if it is growing or anything so I just leave it to make or loss money?
OK Seth just came back here and said he was getting hungry. We r having one of his fav.tonight Chocolate pancakes......

Tuesday Feb, 19th 2008
Well after a week of the FLU I am feeling much better not totaly better but anyway....
Last week was really a big blur...I slept most of the time and when I was not asleep I wished that I was asleep.
We had the inspection on the house yesterday and that was all I could was go and come home for a nap...This flu really kicked me in the butt....
I did work today and that was good to get out of the house. And now I am at the Libary and Savy is doing her homework in the corner where it is quiter then home! I so can not wait to move! The inspection went well there r a few issues but over all the house is in good shape.
Seth is getting tested next monday and tuesday I am so happy he is finially getting this done and we van get him so help! I am slowly working on packing the rest of the house up so that we will be ready to move when the time comes!!!
I will update more later I only have 10 minutes left and I still have to spell check!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY

It is Feb 13th and the kids have been out for 2 days becasues of the snow and ice. I had Mike stay home from work today becasues I was too sick to take care of the kids.....Seth started it with the body ach cold he gave it to me and think that Sloan is getting it now! He is not acting like himself!
Today is Mike's birthday!!!!! Happy Birthday HONEY~~~ You r the best!! He cleanded the house for me and let me sleep. For the inspection today....That is why we r even out. He is just so very good to me~~
OK now on to the new house YES we bought a new house it is in newburgh and I really like it it only has 3 bedrooms but it has everything elese that WE wanted!!!
We r getting are inspection done next monday and we r signing the papers on both houses around the 13th of March and then we only have a week to move. I am glad that mike drives a big truck so we can move the weekend we sign....update more later

HOUSE SOLD!!!

WE SOLD R HOUSE!!!! No we didn't get what we wanted out of it But we sold it none the less....So we r on the hunt for a new house! We r looking in Newburgh........
OOOO Other GREAT news I got a job at bed bath and beyond!!!! It is only part time but it might go to full time! That would be GREAT!!!!! ~~~ o k i am outta here I will update soon.

update...

This is going to be short and sweet....We got the counter offer today it was...102 with us paying 2500 of closing may taxes and 7% of realitor fee and a home warrenty....WE r countering with 103 2500 of closing cost and NO home warrenty 7% realtor fee..... I hope it takes it!
