waiting...

OK so i am here at the library and I am so very stressed!!! I am sick with nervousness......
WE got an offer on the house it was a very low offer and he wants the home warranty and he wants us to pay the closing costs.....SO that means that we would get even less.....I am waiting to see what the house appraised at the Jagoe to see what will be doing I am just praying that it appraised HIGH like 110 witch is what we payed for it!
All else is going Good I just wish that Jagoe would call but they or She doesn't get in till 10am
I HATE TO WAIT!!!!
